What methods of carpet cleaning do you use?
We offer only hot water extraction system cleaning. This is the best and most efficient carpet cleaning method.
This method is not recommended for carpets made of delicate natural fibers. There is a danger of shrinkage for these carpets. These carpets require Dry carpet cleaning.
Do you do dry carpet cleaning?
We don’t do the dry carpet cleaning .
Are you insured?
Yes we have a comprehensive public liability cover. Our insurance policy will cover accidental damages to your property caused by our cleaner up to 1 million pounds. Our insurance policy will also cover key loss. Copy of our insurance policy is available on request.
There is a £50.00 excess on all claims.

Do you charge per hour or per job?
Our carpet cleaning is NOT charged per hour but based on the size of the rooms, number of stairs, size of landing, etc. Please us email us for a quote.
Some expensive natural fiber carpets are very delicate and cannot be cleaned with the hot water extraction system, also called steam cleaning, but only with dry carpet cleaning solutions. In that case please give us a call to get a quote.
Can you clean my carpets when I am at work?
Yes, of course.
Please provide the contact details where we have to pick up the keys from including a name and a telephone number. We will collect the keys, do the job and then return the keys to the initial collection address or post them back through the letterbox.
Please note that we may charge you up to £10.00 if keys have to be picked up from a different post code.
However, we insist that you are present at the time of completion so you can inspect the results and pay any outstanding balances to the carpet cleaner.
How long will it take my carpets to dry out after the service?
Normally your carpets will be dry in about 3 hours after completion of the cleaning service. However in some cases where extensive treatment due to a heavily stained carpet has been provided the drying process may take longer than 3 hours.
What happens if I am dissatisfied with the cleaning service?
In the unlikely event of dissatisfaction with the carpet cleaning services URClean will re-do the job free of charge. In order to solve properly any issue related to poor quality service we need to receive feedback as soon as any problems occur and no later than 48 hours.
Are there any extra charges I have to pay e.g. parking?
If applicable, you will have to pay the parking or congestion charge fee. You can also provide us with a parking permit which is preferable.
How soon can you send a carpet cleaner to my place?
We aim to book your carpet cleaning within the next 2 to 3 days. In some cases we may have earlier availabilities or in busy periods we may be able to send a carpet cleaner in a week's time. Please let us know your best dates and we will present you with the closest availabilities.
Is there a minimum charge?
Yes. Our minimum charge is £50.00 + VAT.
How do we pay?
We will send you an invoice which can be paid in cash or BACS payment.
If you are using our one off or deep cleaning service for the first time we may request a deposit to be paid in advance. The remaining amount can be paid upon receipt of our invoice.
Do you guarantee your service?
URClean guarantees that we will perform any cleaning service to your complete satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with our work, our carpet cleaning technicians will come back and RE-CLEAN the areas or items to your satisfaction FREE OF CHARGE.

Our customer services team will take your call Monday to Friday, 9.00 -5.00 pm.
What are your carpet cleaners' working hours?
Our carpet cleaners' work any day of the week from 07.00 to 7.00pm including Public and Bank holidays.
